Terms and Conditions
Renting periods are from 3.00pm Saturday to the following Saturday to 11.00am, unless varied by mutual agreement.
Short break holidays (minimum 3 days) at the rate of two-thirds the weekly
rate are also available.
A pre-payment of half the rent is payable on booking, the balance being due three weeks before occupation.
If cancellation is requested, and where alternative dates offered
are still not possible, then half the pre-payment will be returned, given cancellation not less than two months before the period booked. Electricity and gas usage is included (but not for central
heating - unlikely however to be needed).
Telephones (in the dining room and master bedroom) accept incoming calls only.
All bed linen is provided, as are extra blankets.
You will be expected
to provide your own bath and hand towels.
Instructions as to how to obtain the keys will be sent to you before your stay, as will road directions to the house.
The property is let on the basis
that it is left clean and tidy. If you wish, it may be possible to have it cleaned during your stay.
Finally, the house is ideally suitable for a family of 4, but can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. It is not suitable for pets.
Unavailability
If for any reason beyond our control the property is not available on the days booked we will refund any money paid with respect to the booking but there will be no further claim on us.
